Refund policy

At Island Bloodline™, every item is made to order especially for you. Because our products are produced after an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, ordering the wrong color, change of mind, accidental purchases, or preference changes after the order has entered production.

Please review all product descriptions, color options, and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos showing the problem, and a photo of the size tag when applicable.

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges when the wrong size was selected by the customer.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
